In the first place the JR has NOT been , 'stoppe

In the second place....it has nothing to do with the OMB hearing in the first week in January.
In the third place.....what was said is that it has to do with the new administrations view of the MMJ / MJ laws they want to put into effect in Canada.
In my view, as I have expressed in an earlier post.....this would benefit the JR process because:
Many of the people working for H / C when all this first started will no longer be in their previously held positions if they acted contrary to the guidelines set forth in the original MMPR program.
This is not to say they will get fired , but , I think some will, and others will just be moved to another job.
As a result of that , the new persons in those positions will have to answer questions which can only be answered by documentation which they will have no reason to hide.
Further, it is my belief that there will be whistleblowers coming out of the woodwork to cover their own asses as well as those who just thought the , 'process' , was totally screwed up.
The more distance between the people running H/C back then, and the new administration.....the more likely for people to feel safe about saying something.
Everything is working in our favor.
To have the OMB work in our favor would be a good thing and help to show a larger picture.....but.....really I agree with Big A. that one is not directly connected to the other and will never be brought up at the JR unless there is a direct connection between H/C and someone who blocked us in Lakeshore. Actually.....it is possible we may already have that. We will just have to wait and see. GLTA
