how you can make a reasonable estimate of current UF users
by comparing the alexa ranks growth rate we have seen in
2015 alongside UF user growth as well
as using other data points.
At the current time with the Global Rank at 268,444
and USA rank @ 28,560 it supports a UF user base
somewhere in the 350K-400K range right now.
Based on the average time it has taken other streaming
site to make their 1,000,000 user mark the evidence
suggests we need to see the Global Rank break thru
the 100,000 mark and the USA rank to break thru
the 10,000 mark to be confident UF has made it
to the 1,000,000 level. .
With the accelerated growth UF has seen since
Black Friday, if that pace continues UF will be at
1,000,000 user mark around March 2016.
Bottom line the Q4 2015 report when it comes out
in Mid Feb will tell us all we need to know about
how well UF is growing.
