The problem now is that too many Big Companies have waited and waited to buy out UltraFlix is:
They have waited too Long.
No Buyout is coming and NTEK will divest them selves of all subsidiaries except NTGL and will remain a separate entity from Apple, Google, Yahoo or any other large Company looking to steal this company from us at a bargain basement price.
U**L**T**R**A**F**L**I**X has made the Big Time and the share price will reflect it in the weeks to come.

I believe the Proxy Vote will not be sent out because NTEK has decided to change the Ticker Symbol to UFLX effective 1/4/2016
