On November 16, the FAA issued a Notice of Proposed Denial regarding issuance of an air carrier certificate to Baltia for failing to satisfactorily comply with the FAA’s requirements for emergency evacuation demonstration. The Notice of Proposed Denial does not constitute a final order. Baltia has 30 days to reply to the FAA.
