After new body appointment to BOD the PPS started moving up the other day. The mrkt expected company announces some kind of news to their shareholders. As usual our CEO decided to be silent. This caused PPS drop in last couple of days and couldn't break the sub Penney wall. As long as company chooses silence the shorts and flippers have a great environment to work with. Poor longs.
