Had you been on the CC you would have heard me say I would agree to an RS if the company has news or other material events to get this going. Otherwise it will move down. Maybe only short term but it will without revenues and other material events.
On another note, since you stated the company was finished upon an RS, and you think the RS is coming, common sense would tell any investor to sell to the company since it has offered to buy off the open market.
