"Legal update: MyECheck v Sweetsun /Titan regarding fraudulent shares. The court entered a default against Sweetsun last week. Also, we were able to process serve Titan Securities this week, so we can now request the court enter a default against Titan.
The next step is we ask the court for a judgement, and if granted, we have an enforceable judgement against the parties. This would enable us to reclaim and cancel the fraudulent shares. Hopefully this process can be wrapped up by the middle of February."
