Yhea....at first, that update was a bit confusing

In my view.....This is a new administration with a new mandate that extends the previous mandate with respect to MJ laws. The laws are essentially not in effect yet, as there is a process the government has to go through.
That said......it is obvious to me, at least, that there are those in office within the Health Canada administration who have by action, demonstrated that they are totally against the legalization of MMJ or MJ and have been blocking the progression of same.
I think there will be a shuffling of staff there. That would be advantageous to us in light of a deposition. If the ones answering the questions are NOT the ones who committed the adverse actions, then, the answers would be more in favor of us in the light that the new persons will not cover the ass of those no longer there and simply go by the record , not cover it up, and let the cards fall where they may.
Of course there will be SOME cover up simply because this will cost the Government a lot of time, and money if we win here. Now, that said......what are we as a company REALLY looking for ????? What is the prize at the end of this ? We want a license. That can be negotiated fairly easily if not so many people are telling lies or covering up. On the part of being , 'made whole', financially , I view it this way......First, we WANT to have a good , working , and respectful relationship with the government. We want contracts both locally and internationally. That is no secret. What better bargaining position to be in than to say I will cut you some slack here if you cut me some slack there. This in my view will help the company , the shareholders and investors monetarily over the longer term and help to recoup our losses , and , it will help with the coffers of Canada, by not having to pay out so much. A win , win for everyone.
So, at the end of the day......yes , another damn delay. At least this one has light at the end of the tunnel and it is not a train.
Hang in there folks.....In my view this was a smart move on behalf of the company and shareholders. Things just take time.
