Australia: Muslim teen pleads guilty to plotting Mother’s Day jihad mass murder

“Police found propaganda material from both al-Qaeda and Islamic State instructing followers how to launch terrorists attacks, including one titled ‘Pressure Cooker Bomb Back-Pack’.

Federal agents believe the boy was planning a suicide attack.” Contrast this reasonably informative report with the one in the Guardian, which doesn’t give any indication of what kind of terrorist the boy was or what kind of plot he was trying to pull off.

The mainstream media’s avidity to protect Islam from anyone’s ever getting a negative opinion of it even leads it to leave out key elements of what are supposed to be news stories.

“Teenager pleads guilty to planning Mother’s Day terrorist attack in Melbourne,” by Padraic Murphy, Herald Sun, December 13, 2015:

“
A YOUNG man has pleaded guilty to planning a terrorist attack on Mother’s Day in Melbourne this year.

The minor — who cannot be named for legal reasons — this morning pleaded guilty in the Children’s Court to one charge of preparing for or planning a terror attack.

Two further charge were withdrawn.

The teen was arrested on May 8.

Federal Agents seized an instruction manual along with a pressure cooker, and nails and screws to be used for shrapnel were found in the teenager’s possession.

Scrapings from match heads and a switch from a set of Christmas lights were also seized.

Police found propaganda material from both al-Qaeda and Islamic State instructing followers how to launch terrorists attacks, including one titled “Pressure Cooker Bomb Back-Pack”.

Federal agents believe the boy was planning a suicide attack.

“It would involve a suicide attack, somebody who’s wearing a backpack,” an agent told an earlier hearing….
