I think management was pleasantly surprised as well as chairs were hard to come by and I have no doubt next years meeting will either need to be held elsewhere in larger quarters or tables will need to be taken down and more chairs brought in. Shareholders were required to present identification and sign in and there was a security guard there. Agendas were passed out and the business portion of the meeting lasted about 15 minutes and it was then adjourned.
Following that the status of all the drugs and trials was discussed. No new information could be shared as new information has to be presented to all shareholders at the same time.
Management will be sharing lots of news with us as they have a lot going on.
Barcelona is on the back burner at the moment due to cost considerations with management focused on getting the most bang for the buck.
Don't rule out joint ventures and don't think for a second that CTIX is not being watched closely by big pharma, they are well aware of us.
We should be hearing more on the Rosen situation soon and high ups at the SEC have been informed as well as the FBI.
Management is determined to uplist and see that shareholders are protected and justice is served. Other exchanges were suggested as alternatives but management believes we should list on the NASDAQ .
Important directors will be added to the board in the near future.
I came away feeling optimistic about my investment as I was impressed with all the presentations made and especially hearing what the goal of our company is. Leo stated "We want to do something great for this worId."
I'm sure others much more science orientated than I will post about the trials,
etc.. I have lots of notes on them but that is not really my forte.
Go CTIX!!!
