PSGR....Where are the test results? Where are the certified assays? Where is the information that was promised to the investor? MY OPINION: It is now mid-December and Pershing Resources has not accomplished one thing. The Test Results from the alleged Kingman, Arizona test site have never been published. There has been no information from Pershing Resources that indicates ANYTHING is occuring. Could this Pershing Resources group function the same way that Xenolix Technologies and MG Resources and the other iterations did? Check out the principals in the previous iterations and see how the company did or did NOT progress after investors dumped money into purchasing stock. Why did the previous companies (iterations) fail? Hmmmmmmm....is the investor seeing the same thing happen here? Until Pershing Resources publishes factual information with respect to activities, the investor is left with the option of researching previous company investigations by, for example, the Arizona Corporation Commission, when Pershing was known as Xenolix Technologies....or following the trail of why MG did, then diid not have a facility in Arizona. As one dissects the history of the company, one could very possibly arrive at some disturbing conclusions.....but I will leave that up to your research.
