In the period 7 December 2015 to 11 December 2015, Alm. Brand bought own shares for a total amount of DKK 8.2 million as part of the share buyback programme of up to DKK 300 million announced on 1 December 2015. In aggregate, shares of DKK 13.4 million have been bought back, equivalent to 4.5% of the overall programme.

Danske Bank manages the share buyback programme, which is completed as a Safe Harbour scheme in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003.
Following the above transactions, Alm. Brand holds 4,751,585 own shares, equivalent to 2.7% of the share capital.
