How? Think R/S! Think that the OS split is disproportionate to the AS, leaving more room to dilute, pump, and dump. Now, if the AS was reduced equal to the OS, then I'd have a bit more confidence. And I'd have a lot more confidence if the rhetoric from the 8-k was materially different from prior reports. I'm guessing the company is broke, it trades on the greys, and FINRA has an agenda. Maybe you are right and I'm just being a crybaby.
