Well look at it this way: before the audited financials and the uplisting, any big bullish run on the stock would be useless. All it would take is for some liar to make a phone call, just like last time and WHAM! Caveat Emptor skull goes on the stock and it crashes again.
In other words, new news is worthless without the old news, even though we know the old news. But nobody can say with true honesty that the old news is honest, until the old news becomes new news again.
