We acquired the services of ParaCorp today for all of our compliance, corporate documents filings and SEC consulting services. ParaCorp will maintain our interest in Nevada and Wyoming. As we move forward, it is important to have a top shelf partner in this arena and more important to have both entities under one umbrella as we move to the next phase of our Corporate restructuring. This partnership takes effect immediately.
