They may not be doing everything the way we would like to see things done but Nanotech is making forward progress, Nanotech has allot riding on this as well and they know what they have in their hands (Potential Billions) , so I would feel fairly certain they don't want to lose what they have by letting things go for an indefinite period, I would think getting a customer base built is the top priority because without that, there is no need for perfect financials, share structure etc. and they are building the base as we speak (Of Course this is my opinion) and I feel certain they will strive to get the rest of the issues in order in a fair amount of time to get this freight train rolling down the tracks.
