$TPAC Spread some DD this weekend. Let's keep this thing going. Think of where we are compared to last Friday. We are up 16.666% on the week; we just had another run that broke the .0014 level that naysayers said would never happen again; there has now been an announcement that the buybacks have commenced, with 500M purchased and 1.8B O/S in total to be retired; we have been notified of a $100k purchase order from a Chinese company( see my 12/12/15 update in the DD packet for more info and a possible COMAC connection). I'd say that things have changed for the better in 7 days. Now, we have an 8k coming out early next week that will verify the buyback via an official filing and may include details on the company that has recently purchased $100k in work from us. I would expect some manipulation as well, seeing as we are testing old highs at current bottoms. There has been appreciable short selling and many people are going to do what they can to attempt to drive this down at the expense of the anxious or unsuspecting. We have a very strong company forming here. One year from now, I would not be surprised to see this break the highs of approx. .04 and settle in the .01 range.

Remember this:

The $260k debt can convert at 25 cents. Hardly toxic. It's in friendly hands.

That is the last amount of debt for the factory in China. It was funded by the two anesthesiologists that are friends of Bill's. Bill has a solid reputation. That means, in order to be a man of his word and pay his debts(to close friends), he has to get this up to a minimum of .25.

And guess what else? One of the two anesthesiologist investors is on our Management Team. See below:

CLAIRMONT GRIFFITH, DIRECTOR, COFOUNDER

Clairmont Griffith, an aerospace devotee particularly interested in spherical bearings, is an entrepreneur, . He has been engaged with TPAC since early 2010, being a cofounder, a member of TPAC's advisory board and director. Dr. Griffith is also Director of Godfrey China Aerospace. He currently has minor investment interests in mining, and oil and gas equipment. Dr. Griffith is a medical doctor and assistant professor who is a diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology and National Board of a Medical Examiners. He served in various leadership roles including recent Chairman of Anesthesiology at Howard University Hospital and becoming the first Chief of Perioperative Services there. Dr. Griffith has also served as Chief of Obstetric Anesthesia, Vice Chairman of Anesthesiology, Chief of Clinical Affairs, and Chief of Quality Assurance and Patient Safety. While engaged in medical research and academics, Dr. Griffith has also been team leader on numerous hospital committees and a member of numerous National Medical Associations. Clairmont Griffith has received his BS in chemistry and a Medical Degree from Howard University. He attributes his enlightened entrepreneurial vision to his kids Alex, Quincy and Alison.
