Sonex11 on the Yahoo board made a good point ... "It's not dilution. I think many are dumping their shares to get the tax loss before the end of December. It happens every year to lots of stocks, which have dropped."
Expanding on his statement I would say that some would be planning on buying those shares back when they think the time is right.
Let me say something to those who blame dilution for the sinking pps. This stock began sinking even when the company was buying back shares, even when the company comes out with good news. Who would trade the Paramount library to have some of those shares back?
The truth is, this stock got to the .17 level because it was pumped at that time, some knew at that time it was eventually going to be shorted down. Poster SilentPartner is correct, the convertible notes are the number 1 reason we are sinking since it has created a profitable and safe shorting interest for one particular party. Not safe for all shorting groups.
The time is coming when this will head up north again. It's buy time if you can a little here and a little there. This is where the serious money will be made.
