It seems to me there has to be some type of settlement in play here. There is no question that the products AND BUSINESS are linked. And the Board of directors of both DSUSA And PHOENIX UAS AS WELL.
When you play each video of the products on the PHOENIX SITE they are still shown under the DSUS logo and colors. TOO LATE NOW. And it still makes me think they have something in the works. The patents are LOCKED IN.
I think the only reason this was done was to be sure they are still in play for the patents filed? This is thinking they are trying to HIJACK the products that are filed under DSUS Drone Services USA. BUT! Just about impossible as long as they have registered shareholders sold to the public per the filing.
It prevented anyone of us from filing for a ABANDON PRODUCT CLAIM.
BUT NOW THIS MAKES DSUS linked into PHOENIX UAS
The BETTER THINKING is they have always planned to work this out in several other ways. WITH GOOD INTENTIONS FOR ALL INVOLVED PARTIES THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. .
That is what I prefer to believe.
Seems they are linked and have to be working out some type of deal.
I think the easy way would be to go to the table Offer a 5% and take a 10 or 15% settlement BETTER THEN NOTHING AND PAYING THE LEGAL FEE'S,, May be Possible by showing a clear business model and future value of this business.
Settle and place preferred shares on the table for them.
To strap these boys and hammer them with impossible dept to deal with will also SLOW PROGRESS And put impossible pressure on all of them and just ruin a great business opportunity for all of us concerned,
LET THEM GET TO WORK AT WHAT THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT.
In the end when this stock splits and trades for $75.00 a share.
THEY WILL ALL FORGET ABOUT THIS 8 Million dollar mess.
It's all on paper anyway.
