Yeah, fortunately, or unfortunately, we even had that already. OTCmarkets apparently concluded that this was cheating, made a terrible call, and practically handed the game over to the other team. RMHB did the impossible, and got penalized for it.
Doesn't really say much for the current capitalist system, which many already feel is extremely anti-competition. Most of the people who talk about that don't even know that there are armies out there (besides the banks) who actually hope for and profit from the failure of fledgling businesses.
