As long as these numbers are correct: 2,000,000
Post# of 96879
2,000,000 stated loan amount
600,000,000 conversion shares
The price per share that would print at the end of the day (because the end of trading at the end of the day is often when you see large transactions) is .0033333 2,000,000/600,000,000 = .0033333.
All I was trying to tell people is that there may be a very good reason why the market is continuing to drift down. And second, i want people not to have heart attacks. If this conversion happens I believe that the above transaction has to print a .0033333 per share transaction price.
It appears as though NTEK is doing all it can to deal with this exposure. We don't know what our strengths and weaknesses are.
My last post about this was taken down - so I am going to stop here and not make any speculations about what it all means.
All I will say is that NTEK does not go BK. They are not going to .0000000.
