But it certainly sounds like Hjoe is going to take these toxic guys to court and force them to do what's right, I wonder how many other companies would do the same for their shareholders. It sure would be easier to hand out the shares like these toxic guys want, let them dilute the shares further, even hold large positions as the stock climbs and then crash it and make money in the short side as well.
