For what it's worth, I have a business associate who is a freight forwarder and moves quite a bit of airfreight between St. Petersburg and NY. I had told him about Baltia months ago as a possible new alternative to the airlines he currently ships with. Anyway, he called yesterday to see if they were quoting rates yet and the receptionist put him in touch with Frank Acquavella. My associate said they had a very nice conversation and that Frank said they WILL be certified very soon and at that time they'll be able to negotiate freight contracts. He could not have been more positive or enthusiastic. At the very least we know that Frank still works at Baltia and is taking phone calls from potential business partners.
