Reminder: Suspension of trading in LESTO AB and Li

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-12-10 10:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in LESTO AB (LES1L, ISIN code LT0000128449) and Lietuvos dujos AB (LDJ1L, ISIN code LT0000116220) shares on 11-12-2015 until the day of deregistration of the general securities account in the Lithuanian Central Securities Depository (orders placed in the Order Book prior to the trading halt (suspension) will be cancelled).

The trading will be suspended on the request of the issuers (due to the reorganization of AB LESTO and AB Lietuvos dujos by merger, merging AB LESTO with AB Lietuvos dujos, both of which will end their activities as legal entities upon the reorganization, to establish AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius which will start functioning after the reorganization and will take over the assets, rights and obligations of AB LESTO and AB Lietuvos dujos after the reorganisation, i.e. a new legal entity, AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius will be established on the basis of AB LESTO and AB Lietuvos dujos).
