Yahoo board conversation is talking about Hjoe taking toxic financiers to court. Interesting!! Wonder were they got this from???????
I do not expect them to file yet. They are going to have to fight it out with the toxic loan scum in courts. See those guys made the money back already on converstions but then they were shorting and gringing the stock to trips and HJOE stop filing to have our backs, They had already made their money back but they wanted to keep sending it lower to get more stock and keep converting its called Greed folks and what has hurt small business since 2008 with these type of preditors. So what HJOE will do is go into courts and let a judges decide since the toxic want crazy money fees fines I mean stuff that will be consider Usarray. So HJOE will say hey Judge look these guys already made their money back and more on conversions these terms seam to violate USA banking laws, this is going to hurt our small company and all of our shareholders, what do you think a judge will do. He is not going to side against hurting shareholders for the profit of a few offshore toxic loan companies with unfair business practices who do practice ussary. So its still going to take time I don't expect to see any filings till spring or early summer as they're going to have to take these toxic guys to task. See what the toxic guys never count on in the OTCB is they wreck and destroy most companies and move on but HJOE is one of the rare companies with an actual product in the market with dealers and sellling international with a real brand and also a large audience. Instead of being smart and doing decent loans to start with they tried to tear their heads off and because of PLN HJOE had to do the deal but Veal is smart to know that this can set precedence in the courts against these type of preditors. Joes has the backing with the dealers and the sales to fight back against these kind of con artist and scammers and I think they more than plan to do this.
