Summary of Decisions ;
- § 6 of the Articles of Association shall be amended to read: "The number of shares shall not be less than 16 000 000 and a maximum of 64 000 000."
- Decision to increase the number of shares in Vitec so that each share, regardless of class (A/B), is divided into five (5) shares of the corresponding series (share split 5:1)
- The Board is authorized to determine the record date for the split, which may not occur before the resolution is registered at Swedish Companies Registration Office.
- That the Board or the person the Board of Directors appoints, shall be authorized to make such minor adjustments to the resolution as required for registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office or handling at Euroclear.
