Well not everyone, mostly retirees.....I don't know how their all going to fit in Austin. LOL.... Also, considering how much money people have made in real estate here, it's still a good option for investments. I have girlfriends I've sold property to that have been absolutely thrilled when they sold. One in fact paid me a huge compliment, said I had changed her life because she didn't think she could buy a place on her own after her divorce, not true. Wonder how often that happens in TX?
