It doesn't look like We will get a Proxy until 201

It doesn't look like We will get a Proxy until 2016 at least.

There has got to be a lot of Glitches in the undertaking before the Proxy's will be rendered as a "FIRM COMMITTMENT" to deliver to shareholders.
