Some screaming scam , fraud etc etc
People forget that FINRA approved this name change and RS, why the RM did not happen is just some fees were never paid and that was taking place.
There was never any fraud going on!!! period!!!
BOD and CEO gave up and threw in the towel and to save face, passing the buck to others BUT the BUCK STOPS WITH THEM, mainly the CEO
From the start of DSUS, the BOD and CEO were ready to quit because of the negative attention they received from the POS over there, pepe with his harassment to the FAA, Texas etc etc, malc, pepe and the crew over there and their associates submitting complaint after complaint after complaint, see they all look after each other in their ambulance chasing, associates that dont even post put in complaints just to make it more the SEC gets, they watch out for each other and dsus main POS in turn will go to the associates tickers and do the same for them.
Then you have them go steps further because taking DSUS DOWN was a obsession to a few of them, they get this Rice character and she gains DSUS trust, comes in, gets rid of one, since CEO and BOD DONT KNOW CHIT about the public trading business, they depend on Rice to walk them through this process, and of course Rice walks them through the way that will benefit her, convince them to leave DSUS and they will start a new tickers etc etc etc
NO fraud IMO, some fluff PR's at best stating a RM when it looks like it was not finalized, "throw the book at them" LOL, really though, the fact that DSUS is trading speaks for itself and I believe someone probably CEO Joel will have to at least come back and appoint another CEO then that CEO get a BOD etc etc IMO
Some long DSUS shareholders are now posting IMO BS over there disrespecting shareholders that still own shares, here, pretty tacky!!! IMO
What happened to the halt? DONT TELL ME, it is coming right?
Seen tickers get halted the same day unusual volume and run happened, surely if DSUS was the crime of the century like some portray it to be, someone would have halted by now
