Once again talk of RS (reverse split) premature. These conditions should first be met; then review RS:
1. Canadian CTO (cease trade order) resolved
2..Gold sales! More gold sales!
3. Audited financials
4. Status of Ghana/Keystone Mines
5. New equity infusion/new mine even richer than Ghana/Keystone
6. Word on possible merger; MNGG "survivor"
7. I Present SS (share structure)
7.1 AS (authorized shares) 6 810 000 000 6.8 billion
7.2 OS (outstanding shares) 6 580 000 000 6.6 billion
8. Ideal interim SS; say till 2015 quarter-1 end. MNGG should continue with share buyback to reach interim SS by 2016 quarter-1 end
8.1 AS 6.8 billion; reduce to 5 billion
8.2 OS 5 billion; invoke RS 1 to 10; new OS 500 000 000 500 million
If conditions 1 to 7 inclusive answered, then would reluctantly support RS of 1 to 10. Go to items 5/6. Really intrigued by possible new rich mine; potential merger with MNGG being survivor
