Metatron Announces Intent to Pursue Spin-Off of Its App Division

DOVER, DE--(Marketwired - Dec 8, 2015) - Metatron Inc (OTC PINK: MRNJ) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the pursuit of a spin-off for some of the app portfolio from its i-Mobilize division. i-Mobilize has created over 2,000 apps on iTunes and Google play platform and expects the resulting company to improve its international presence.
