DOVER, DE--(Marketwired - Dec 8, 2015) - Metatron Inc (OTC PINK: MRNJ) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the pursuit of a spin-off for some of the app portfolio from its i-Mobilize division. i-Mobilize has created over 2,000 apps on iTunes and Google play platform and expects the resulting company to improve its international presence.
Metatron provides digital content distribution across most major mobile device platforms. Through its app division i-Mobilize, the company was an early pioneer in the app industry. Metatron conceives, creates, and monetizes content for its customers in order to reach a global audience.
