I think the only thing we can do - if our convertible loan lender is massively shorting our stock down for any reason - including forcing conversion - is to buy every shorted share and never let them have it back. All of us - never let them have their naked shares back. Let them Die.
The second thing we need to do is prepare ourselves to have our price driven all the way down to .0033333... and when we get there - and a single transaction issuing 600,000,000 shares for 2,000,000 hits the tape at the end of the day - be prepared for another period of unbelievable craziness because that is where the shorts will all try to get out all at the same time.
Other than BK of the company which is not going to happen, .0033333 will be the shorts nirvana...but if we understand and have already internalized the pain and are ready for it, then they will finally find themselves up against their own brick wall.
They may have 1,000,000,000 naked short shares, if our lender is playing the strategy your article mentioned then they may be 600,000,000 shares short - Long players on Wall Street will always be looking for naked shorts that have overplayed their hands - and there is no way that NTEK is not on the radars of big investors.
Do we all realize that big long investors know about us? Look at all the billion plus companies our operation touches...someone is paying attention.

If my worst case scenario is true then .0033333 is the end game, and we aren't far away from that. When we reach .0033333 and have 600,000,000 more shares and are debt free; the market will go crazy but it should have no final way to go anywhere but up....and I will not be selling shares to ease the pain of the nakeds.
