A friend of mine alerted me to this potential a month ago.
COBI had a skull and crossbones a month ago and now it has a stop sign.

November 20th, 2015--- Salt Lake City, Utah. Compass Biotechnologies Inc. (OTC PINK: COBI) (PINKSHEETS: COBI) (Compass) Compass Biotechnologies today announces it has engaged in a Letter of Intent to acquire an operating entity that has been manufacturing and supplying audio and amplification products since 2007. The company currently distributes its products though Sweetwater Music Instruments & Pro Audio, 8th Street Music, Bananas at Large and BB Organ along with over 30 other distributors. The Compass Board of Directors will continue updating shareholders on the transaction in the coming days.
Additionally, the company is confident that its financial disclosure statements will be brought current in the coming days and return to OTC Market current information tier.
Since Nov 20 COBI has been rocking on its promises.
