Thinking of buying shares for the 50% + 1 to take over DSUS
Pay the well notice FINE coming, as through my DD and investigations, convinced that there was no intent to defraud, and even though SEC is not letting off the hook for CEO and BOD ignorance, that is all it is , IMO, no "crime of the century" took place, IMO
negotiate with the debtor's, you take 10% or 0, which one you want?
Negotiate with the cert holders for all to work out, return my 100k plus certs and see there, ALREADY took 100k off our book for debts. LOL
Lets see, bring shareholder value albeit with some patience once again of course to make chit work
Tone my mouth down, as I will now have to be more "politically correct" then again, Trump is not doing so bad taking mess either, so maybe keep the mouth, LOL
Heck, anybody know where we are at on the SS? Like to see what it would take for that 50% + 1
