"NanoTech shareholders will be receiving a proxy package in the next
few weeks to review and vote on a recapitalization plan to help expand the business while reducing convertible debt."
We shall find out what this is all about soon enough. Some here would argue that the convertible debt is the main culprit behind the manipulation.
