Haven't gone mad yet. Most stocks in pennyland

Most stocks in pennyland are not profitable and almost out of debt. MNGG is one of the very few if not the only one. The company has been saying all year that buybacks would continue until the end of 2015, but in Decembet it would be time to evaluate that plan and decide weather to continue or not. It's December. I don't know what's going to happen but I'm pretty sure there has been another chunk of shares bought back, so we don't really know what the real current share count is. Lower for sure than what's showing on the OTC. With that being said, in my opinion, we should be spending as much revenue to grow the company as possible. I never said we need an RS. Just that buying shares back with the stock price increasing would prove to be too expensive while trying to grow operations.
If it even comes up, MNGG will have to make the case why things need to go one way or another on an RS. If it's done into strength with revenue and bigger partners or other events, it would be a good thing. IMO
I'm not for dilution. Heck no
