$TPAC Business Plan (pdf.): http://tpacbearings.com/sites/default/files/t...s-plan.pdf

Please share this information with friends and fellow investors alike. We have an otc stock that will not R/S, has no more convertible debt and will not take on any more(per CEO), an excellent and experienced management team, a transparent leader who has shown integrity so far in all situations(favorable or not), and industry contacts built in via years of combined experience on the part of the team. We have a newly renovated factory in China with equipment. We have a CEO looking for acquisitions and a promise of a significant share buyback should they go through. And, on the horizon, there are untold potential purchase orders that may only be a conversation or two away. In brief summary of the antecedent cataloging of information, this means: no convertible notes/debt, no dilution by way of conversion, transparency and communication, possible acquisition(s) and potential share buyback, credentialed management/team, a factory with machinery and raw materials, and profitability soon to follow as purchase orders will inevitably come in over time.
