I know you are not talking about Fidelity here.
However, the papers are what I get from Fidelity and another broker in the mail and THEN I would use proxyvote if I'm in a rush. With Fidelity, I get both the mailed proxies and the capability to exercise the votes online directly through Fidelity.
I really do like Fidelity.
