Information from Texas Governor's Office. The fol
Post# of 107
The following information comes from directly from Port Arthur, Texas Officials, and Texas Governor's Office.
I have sent more than 12 emails and made/received 7 phone calls to get the information. I have communicated with more than a dozen people and have literally been referred around the world.
The Agreement(s) are between Port Arthur, Texas (PA) and several companies, all of which include GFTI, RYZE, Pure Systems, Joy Nunn, Chris Giordano and several other individuals.
The Agreements involve European machinery manufacturers and a European financial institution.
The financial institution is confidential at this time, but think about which Institutions are international in nature. Yes! I know which Institution, but it was mentioned in error and I was “asked” to keep it confidential.
There are a dozen mini contracts in the overall contract.
PA does not need the approval of Governors’ Office, although PA does have the State's blessings on the deal. In one phone conversation, the Governor's Office said to me, “…It means 500 jobs for PA….”
Everything is on track for completion of all necessary elements by April 2016. PA quoted me Jan 1st to April 1st 2016, but hoped for February. I think we should consider the actual commencement date to be April 2016. Posting that it will happen between Jan and April, will suddenly become, "Definitely by April 1st"....and that ain't the case).
On advise of PA officials about confidentiality, there is little or nothing that CG can tell us that we have not already been told, so I am not going to push for a conference call.
Again…It is P.A. Government Officials requiring confidentiality.
