In my opinion, Collins is a penny stock manipulator working in concert with others to pump and dump stock.
He's working on an IPO which he filed with the SEC and if you believe pigs can fly, then you will believe that his company will raise capital vs use it as a vehicle in my opinion to pump and dump another company.
