When the news is announced, the price goes up, flippers sell, then the price goes down again. And/Or, the shorts buy at the high and short it when the price goes down again. Possibly a combination of both.
The only thing that I think will make a permanent effect on the share price is when the company starts to generate revenue consistently......my guess anyway. I wouldn't want to be a short when that happens.
News isn't going to have a permanent effect on the share price at these levels....this stock isn't your normal pinky, but they're going to play it like that until NTEK proves it can generate revenue consistantly.
