Name change and ticker change will remove any past stigma that bashers elsewhere have been feeding from and will remove the DTC chill allowing more people to trade the new stock.
CUSIP change will force any naked short position to be covered as all shares must be accounted for. There was a huge co-ordinated bashing campaign involving 50+ people in late Summer 2014 when the pps was in the .015 > .02 range and suspicious selling activity has taken place ever since.
With the granting of the water well permit and the Chaffee County commissioners voting on lifting the moratorium on new medical mj facilities on December 15, the proposed Salida facility may at last start to move forward as well.
Interesting days, weeks and months ahead into 2016.
