PSGR....2:20 PM AZ time. Looks like the site traffic is back to normal. I did receive a few PMs from individuals who either have had a long association with Pershing (or it prior company names) OR with new potential investors who have been following the stock. A commonality expressed by all is that there is NO CONFIDENCE in the company at this time. Long time investors referenced prior iterations of Pershing where the information was either questionable or laughable. MY OPINION: Pershing Resources will continue to exist as a company ONLY because it has mining claims. Until such time as the claims become actual mining operations and the mining operations become profitable, PSGR share value will remain dependent upon the whims of uniformed investors. Pershing Resources corporate has not provided the information necessary for investors to make informed decisions....kind of a Catch 22...IF they truly want to build a successful company, they must provide information to the investor. IF the investor wants a return on his/her investment, the company must have sufficient investment funds to produce a product...NOT just provide illusions. For the past decade plus, until right now.....the only individuals who appear to be profitting from the claims are the owners.
