Thank you for your message regarding E*TRADE account XXXX-XXXX.
This is in response to your follow-up inquiry received on November 18, 2105, regarding a dividend hold effecting E*TRADE account XXXX-XXXX.
On June 16, 2015 Calissio Resources Group Inc. (CRGP) issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.011 per common share of CRGP, payable on or about August 17, 2015, to holders of issued and outstanding common shares as of the close of business on June 30, 2015. A special dividend of 3%, payable on August 17, 2015, was also announced for shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015. The dividend payment was allocated on or about August 20, 2015.
Due to pending litigation involving CRGP, but unrelated to E*TRADE, E*TRADE placed a hold on the dividend proceeds pending further review.
E*TRADE has made the decision to release the hold on the dividend allocation paid by CRGP which originally posted to your account in August 2015. A letter outlining the terms of the release was mailed to the address of record on December 4, 2015. E*TRADE asks that you review the terms of the release upon receipt of the correspondence.
