It actually looks like the SEC has gone after a few of these fraudsters but it's not enough, they need a division in the SEC that is dedicated to this only, other then that any effort on their part would be useless. An example of this would be when they finally shut down APS, ya they shut them down but there's hundreds of pump and dump newsletters just like them. A half ass effort in cyber crime like this is useless. If the SEC thinks they are sending a message by convicting a few people, lol well what can I say , liberal idiots
