Obviously I can't "prove" that assumption, but let's just take a quick example. Looks like Senor Foley just got a few million shares for doing all the work he's done recently with NTEK. Why do you think that is? My guess is because the shares he's already gotten are worth half of what they were. Do you think it's from consulting work he's done recently? Mmmm...seems unlikely. I am reasonably certain that most of the other executives, if not all the other employees, are going to get something very similar if they haven't already. They don't give a crap about us as investors. Their communication and deception to us highlights that extraordinarily well. My guess is that they are taking care of themselves though, because they can. Let's pretend Bob is converting movies for them, and Bob the converter has a million shares now...let's throw him another million. Why the hell not? We just made billions of them. That's nothing to us because we just doubled our own shares and it'll keep Bob motivated to stay with us.
You have to question what they are doing with that capital group. Strangely enough, it's the same IP range that the NTEK page was on, and coincidentally enough, it seems to be gone now. Seriously, in all honesty, doesn't that make you wonder what their intentions are? How can it not, when they have your money invested in them, and they are doing some highly disconcerting things? Doesn't that bother you?!
