Baltia will be entering a whole new phase - they have never done proving flights and although I'm sure the staff totally understands the requirements, a face to face meeting, for AMERICA'S NEWEST AIRLINE will allow all the questions to be asked and details to be clarified while everyone involved is around the table at once. God knows it is easy to write something in a memo that can be interpreted a number of ways.
There might be also a lot of questions about the FAA's new requirements (for which Baltia was the guinea piglet), and a conversation will identify any final points that need expressing.
As said in a previous post "Federal regulators aren't just red light/green light. They have a duty and obligation to give direction." and review any points as needed to move TO THE NEXT PHASE OF CERTIFICATION.
Did I mention that Baltia will become AMERICA'S NEWEST AIRLINE?
