Recent trading. With no news of a default judgement on the $31M court case yet, a few long term holders who had bought below .0045 sold on the bid on Tuesday and Wednesday for a profit when a basher elsewhere incorrectly stated that there would be no judgement prior to a jury trial in May 2016. That was incorrect - a default judgement, or negotiated settlement, could still come at any time.
Today, all buys so far - except for 2 x 10K token attempts to bid whack down - have been on the ask - 465,777 shares at .0051 and .0052 - up 18%..
LPPI remains very thin to the upside - due to the low float - as a lotto opportunity either for a default judgement in the short term or a longer term play.
