Maxim - Thanks for the post Royal stepped in wi

Royal stepped in with money when we needed it. Otherwise we are already dead. NTEK probably wouldn't have been around for most of us to invest in.
Royal operates in a risky world and they do it with their eyes wide open. They demand certain agreements that help them protect themselves, but that doesn't mean they are bad guys. 5 years from now if they are seen as an original investor in NTEK their star rises.
For whatever reason, Royal bought our debt from others and made deals directly with us. NTEK is now at a point where we can pay off. Are we going to get away by just paying the stated 10% interest rate or whatever it is. I don't think so. In fact, it wouldn't even be fair.
Can you see Occam's Razor in your own post:
Royal Capital Group has purchased convertible debt from multiple people, including Mr. Foley, that had previously invested in Nanotech Entertainment.
Prior to his departure earlier this year, Mr. Foley invested some of his personal funds into NanoTech on a long term note. Royal Capital has further invested $1.3m in q2 of 2015 to help capitalize the company and allowed us opportunity to expand our offerings and build the company.
They purchased our debt from others, that sounds ominous....Royal Capital further invested, that sounds like what we did, we invested.
Royal may or may not be a short, they may or may not be bad guys; but they are lending money in a very risky world, and they are very serious guys. Royal's star rises in the investment world if they are quoted as being an early investor in NTEK when NTEK reaches a point where it rules the 4K world.
That is the direction I see this going. NTEK management is also operating in a very risky world and they are also very serious guys. I will vote in favor or whatever deal they think is best. They own stock also - a lot more than me. I want to be a millionaire. They want to be billionaires.
I think I am in the right place, and I got here with my eyes open.
